Responsibilities Lead the formulation and execution of the business development and land acquisition strategy for Adani s real estate projects in Mumbai Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments Negotiate and finalize land acquisition deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Build and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders landowners government authorities and industry partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project proposals financial models and investment strategies Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market trends competitor analysis and industry best practices Oversee the due diligence process including legal financial and technical assessments for potential land acquisitions Manage a team of professionals providing mentorship guidance and performance evaluations Ensure adherence to sustainable and environmentally responsible land development practices Represent Adani in industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance the company s visibility and reputation Qualifications Education Qualification Bachelor s degree in Real Estate Business Administration or related field Master s degree in Business Administration or Real Estate Management preferred Experience Minimum 15-20 years of experience in the real estate industry Demonstrated track record of successful business development and land acquisition initiatives Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
