The organization addresses a wide range of health concerns for Indian women, from puberty through menopause and beyond, through online, at-home, and in-clinic services in Bengaluru. Its mission is to empower every Indian woman to take charge of their health and wellness journey, whether through awareness initiatives like HPV vaccinations or enabling first-time gynecology consultations.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Gynecologist role based at Proactive For Her’s clinic in Bengaluru. The Gynecologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and in-clinic care, including consultations, physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up for gynecologic and obstetric concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing gynecologic procedures and surgeries as needed, managing reproductive and sexual health issues, and guiding patients through preventive care such as screenings, vaccinations, and counseling.

The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based,



empathetic care and maintaining accurate medical records in line with clinical protocols. The Gynecologist will also contribute to patient education initiatives, support webinars or workshops when required, and uphold a non-judgmental, inclusive environment for all patients.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Medicine and Gynecology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of women’s health conditions.

Competence in Gynecologic Surgery and Surgery, including common procedures relevant to outpatient and in-clinic practice.

Experience in Obstetrics, including antenatal care, postpartum follow-up, and management of routine pregnancy-related concerns.

Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent), and valid medical registration in India.

Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, judgment-free care and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and identities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain medical information clearly and provide reassuring counseling.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-growing, technology-enabled clinical environment.

Prior experience in urban outpatient or clinic settings in women’s health is beneficial; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
