Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.

- Perform routine and specialized gynecological procedures such as D&C;, LEEP, Tubal Ligation, Pelvic Floor Repair, and Normal Vaginal Delivery.

- Execute advanced minimally invasive and open surgical interventions including Cesarean Section, Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, Myomectomy, Hysterectomy, Oophorectomy, and Fibroid & Cyst Surgery.

- Diagnose and manage infertility cases, including coordinating with reproductive endocrinologists for IVF and other assisted reproductive technologies.

- Carry out preventive screenings such as Pap Smear and Colposcopy, with accurate interpretation and follow-up care.

- Provide pre-conception counseling, prenatal care, and postnatal support as part of comprehensive women’s health services.

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with clinical documentation standards.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians, radiologists, pathologists, and nurses to deliver integrated patient care.

- Stay current with medical advancements, clinical guidelines, and evidence-based practices in gynecology and reproductive health.





- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in hospital or clinic quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (DGO/MD/DM in OBGYN).

- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and a valid license to practice.

- Proven clinical competence in performing D&C;, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, Pelvic Floor Repair, Normal Vaginal Delivery, and Cesarean Section.

- Hands-on experience in Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.

- Demonstrated ability in managing fibroid and cyst surgeries with a focus on patient safety and optimal outcomes.

- Experience in infertility evaluation and management, including familiarity with IVF protocols and patient counseling.

- Proficiency in conducting and interpreting Pap Smears and Colposcopy results.

- Solid diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple cases, and maintain high standards of clinical accuracy.

- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency obstetric care as required.

- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
