2 to 7 years of experience in running end-to-end payroll and good understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology (Experience in any country payroll). Manage client s payroll, end to end from input to month end reporting. Meet all pre-defined SLAs. Coordinate with the client on a daily/periodic basis. Comprehensive knowledge on the legislation. Good verbal & written communication skills. Strong analytical and logical thinking ability. Good at number crunching. Resolve issues pertaining to the payroll and provide absolute solutions for various queries posed by the client. Coordinate with other teams and work towards smooth functioning of the payroll.
