Provide nursing care to women with gynecological and maternity needs, assist gynecologists during examinations and procedures, monitor patients, and support antenatal, delivery, and postnatal care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and record medical history and vital signs.
- Assist the gynecologist during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal nursing care.
- Monitor maternal and fetal condition during pregnancy and labor.
- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
- Provide counseling on reproductive health, hygiene,
contraception, and newborn care.
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety practices.
Qualifications:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration as required by local regulations.
- Experience in gynecology, maternity ward, or labor room preferred.
