Global Talent Square (A 2COMS Group Brand) is hiring an experienced Gulf Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC countries. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment processes for overseas clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

- Manage candidate documentation and profile submissions.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.





- Ensure timely closures while maintaining recruitment MIS and databases.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–5 years of Gulf recruitment experience (consultancy experience preferred).

- Hands-on experience hiring for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, or Bahrain.

- Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
