Role Description The Guests Service Associate is responsible for delivering a welcoming, attentive, and seamless experience to all guests throughout their visit. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverages, and relaying orders accurately to the kitchen and bar. The role involves serving food and drinks, monitoring guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns, and processing payments with accuracy.

The associate also supports basic table setup and clearing, maintains cleanliness in guest areas, and collaborates with the team to uphold service standards and restaurant ambiance. This is a full time,



on-site role located in Lucknow.

Qualifications

Customer service and hospitality skills, including courteous guest interaction, active listening, and a service-oriented mindset.

Communication skills, with the ability to explain menu items clearly, take accurate orders, and coordinate effectively with team members.

Basic food and beverage knowledge, with an interest in modern Indian cuisine, cocktails, and elevated finger foods.

Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables, prioritize guest needs, and handle busy periods calmly.

Attention to detail and reliability in handling billing, cash or card transactions, and maintaining clean, orderly guest spaces.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform on-site service tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Prior experience in restaurant or hotel guest service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
