Join our team in Kochi as a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping! You are at the heart of our hospitality operation. In this role, you will take ownership of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring that our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your dedication to excellence and attention to detail will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms and common areas to our established standards, paying meticulous attention to detail

Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to personalize their experience,



demonstrating genuine care and professionalism

Respect and protect guest privacy and belongings while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality

Organize and manage your workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet daily cleaning schedules and deadlines

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational excellence

Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors

Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards at all times

Respond to guest requests and special needs with empathy, flexibility, and a solutions-oriented approach

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Primary school education or equivalent

Warm, caring personality with a genuine passion for guest service

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards

Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond professionally and courteously

Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent performance

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Qualified demeanor and commitment to maintaining excellent personal grooming standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or guest service experience in a hospitality setting

Familiarity with hotel cleaning protocols and guest service standards

Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with resilience

Multilingual abilities (an asset in a diverse hospitality environment)
