Role

- Welcoming Guests: Greeting arrivals warmly, managing smooth check-ins and check-outs, and allocating rooms or seating.

- Communication: Answering phone calls, replying to emails, and sharing information about local attractions or property amenities.

- Billing & Payments: Processing cash, credit card transactions, and managing deposits accurately.

- Problem Solving: Listening to guest feedback, diffusing tense situations calmly, and fixing issues quickly.

- Coordination: Working alongside housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen or restaurant staff.

- Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: High school diploma or a degree/diploma in hospitality or hotel management.

- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, patience, and a polite, well-groomed appearance.

- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with property management software (like Fidelio or hotel booking systems), and basic math skills for cash handlingonsibilities

Preferred candidate profile - Must have worked in restaurants or completed OJT from hotels or restaurants
