Job Title: Guest Relations & RSVP Head

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Guest Relations & RSVP Head who has a solid background in handling high-end guest experiences, preferably from 5-star hotels and luxury weddings/events. This role requires someone who can manage the entire guest journeyfrom RSVP management to on-ground hospitality—ensuring a seamless and premium experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Guest Relations & RSVP function across multiple wedding and event projects
- Oversee end-to-end RSVP management, including guest data collection, tracking, and communication
- Design and implement guest communication strategies (invites, follow-ups, confirmations, special requests)
- Ensure a luxury guest experience aligned with high-end wedding standards
- Coordinate with clients to understand guest preferences, VIP handling, and special arrangements
- Work closely with Hospitality, Production, and Hotel teams for seamless execution
- Manage guest lists, rooming, travel coordination, and on-ground assistance
- Handle VIP guests,



last-minute changes, and escalations efficiently
- Train and mentor the guest relations team to maintain service excellence
- Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards for RSVP status and guest insights

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in RSVP management and guest relations (mandatory)
- Background in 5-star hotels / luxury hospitality / high-end weddings preferred
- Strong expertise in guest handling, communication, and service delivery
- Ability to manage large guest volumes and multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage last-minute changes

Experience & Qualifications

- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in luxary hospitality / weddings / events
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred
