? Hiring: GTM & Growth Intern (B2B SaaS | AI) Location: Remote (India)

Duration: 3–6 Months

We're looking for highly driven interns who want to build a career in B2B SaaS, AI, Revenue, and Go-to-Market (GTM).

This isn't a typical internship where you'll spend your time updating spreadsheets or making presentations.

You'll work directly on building the GTM engine of an AI SaaS startup, learning how modern B2B companies acquire customers, build pipeline, create brand awareness, and close enterprise deals.

What You'll Work On1. Outbound GTM & Sales You'll learn how modern SaaS companies generate pipeline.

Your responsibilities may include

- Researching target companies and decision-makers
- Building high-quality lead lists
- Prospect research and account intelligence
- Writing personalized outreach messages
- Email and LinkedIn outbound campaigns
- Cold calling HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers
- Managing CRM and sales pipeline
- Tracking outreach metrics and optimizing campaigns
- Supporting customer discovery and market research

2. Content, Branding & Social Media Help us build a strong brand in the HR Tech and AI space.

Responsibilities include

- Creating LinkedIn content
- Assisting with content strategy
- Researching industry trends
- Supporting founder branding
- Repurposing long-form content into social posts
- Helping improve our online presence across platforms

3. Growth & Market Research Growth is driven by insights.

You'll work on

- Competitor analysis
- Customer research
- Industry research
- Market mapping
- ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) research
- Experimenting with new GTM strategies
- Finding creative ways to improve outbound performance
