Responsibilities
About the Role The GTM AI Automation Specialist is a key member of the GTM AI Strategy team and is responsible for designing, configuring, and scaling AI agents that support Deltek’s go-to-market organization using low-code/no-code AI platforms.
This role focuses on applied AI configuration and workflow design rather than traditional software development or model research. It works closely with the GTM AI Product Manager to implement defined requirements and configure AI agent logic and workflows within low-code/no-code platforms. The role ensures solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This is not a coding-heavy role — success depends on platform fluency, prompt design, and business process thinking.
This role is ideal for a technically literate professional who enjoys working with AI platforms and tools rather than writing code from scratch — someone who thrives configuring workflows, designing prompts, and connecting systems to drive business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain AI agents supporting sales and marketing workflows, primarily using low-code/no-code AI platforms (e.g., Lindy) with light scripting or API configuration as needed
Implement prompt logic, multi-step workflows, and agent orchestration based on product requirements
Connect AI agents with internal systems, data sources, and GTM platforms using platform-native integrations and APIs
Partner closely with the GTM AI Product Manager to execute against defined priorities and delivery timelines
Monitor agent performance and troubleshoot issues related to quality, reliability, and data integration
Iterate on agent logic and workflows to improve consistency, accuracy, and usability
Document technical logic, workflows, and implementation details to support maintainability and scale
Stay current on AI tooling capabilities, platform updates, and applied AI best practices
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Several years of experience (typically 3+ years or equivalent) building, configuring, or maintaining software, automation, or AI-enabled systems
Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered workflows, agents, or automation using a combination of low-code/no-code platforms and programmatic tools
Working knowledge of data integration concepts, APIs, and structured data formats (e.g., JSON, SQL, CSV)
Demonstrated ability to implement solutions from defined requirements and iterate based on feedback and observed performance
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, debug, and improve system reliability and output quality
Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing requirements and incomplete information
Preferred (Applied AI & GTM Context)
Experience working with LLM-based systems, AI agents, or prompt-driven workflows
Familiarity with agent orchestration, multi-step reasoning flows, or decision-based AI outputs
Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems such as CRM, sales, marketing, or analytics platforms
Comfort partnering closely with product managers to clarify requirements, tradeoffs, and priorities
Experience working in distributed or global teams
Attributes
Builder mindset with a robust bias toward execution and iteration
Detail-oriented, with a focus on reliability, quality, and usability
Curious and motivated to learn emerging AI tools and techniques
Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving technical approaches
Collaborative and communicative, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
