Century Marketing LLC is looking for a data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to help us design, build, and scale automated revenue engine systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering, marketing, and sales operations by leveraging modern data enrichment, outbound automation, and workflow tools.

If you love hacking growth loops, writing scripts for data scraping/enrichment, and building seamless GTM technology stacks, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound & Lead Infrastructure: Build and maintain automated outbound engines using tools like Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, and custom web scrapers.
- Workflow Automation: Integrate CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce) with marketing platforms, databases, and communication channels using Make/Zapier, Python, or Webhooks.
- Data Enrichment & Hygiene: Cleanse, segment, and enrich prospect databases; write scripts/SQL queries to extract actionable intent data.
- Experimentation & Analytics: Build dashboards to track funnel conversion rates, email deliverability, campaign attribution, and domain health.




- AI & Prompt Ops: Implement LLM/AI workflows (OpenAI API, Claude) to personalize outbound messaging at scale.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Technical Background: Solid proficiency in Python, Node.js, SQL, or web scraping techniques.
- GTM Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience with modern growth tools (Clay, HubSpot, Instantly/Smartlead, PhantomBuster, etc.).
- Data Skills: Proven ability to work with REST APIs, JSON data structures, and webhook integrations.
- Problem Solver: Ability to reverse-engineer growth tactics and quickly turn ideas into working automated prototypes.
- Communication: Clear written communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
