Role Description The GSoC Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, focused on supporting day-to-day security operations and monitoring activities. The associate will track and analyze security incidents, assist in incident response, and coordinate with on-ground security teams to ensure timely resolution and reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, preparing basic reports and summaries, escalating issues according to established protocols, and supporting implementation of security procedures and guidelines. The role also involves using security monitoring tools, adhering to compliance standards, and collaborating with supervisors and clients to maintain a safe and secure environment. The GSoC Associate is expected to follow shift schedules,



maintain high levels of vigilance, and contribute to continuous improvement of security operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust observation, situational awareness, and basic risk assessment skills to identify and report potential security threats.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, coordination, and documentation skills for interacting with teams, clients, and preparing incident reports.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with security monitoring tools, CCTV systems, access control systems, and basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, reporting software).
- Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, the ability to follow SOPs, and sound judgment under pressure in incident handling and escalation.
- Candidates should be possess basic networking and ACS knowledge like IP, NVR, DVR, ACS PANEL, READERS MANAGEMENT, CCTV setup etc.
- Candidate should be able to conduct Site Risk Assessment and Review Vulnerabilities and potential risk factors to strengthen the security systems.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in rotating shifts, maintain professional conduct, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Relevant experience in security operations, GSoC or command center environments, or corporate security is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in security management, criminology, IT/security, or a related field is preferred; industry certifications in security or safety are an advantage.
