The GTM engineer will own our outbound technology ecosystem and build scalable prospecting, enrichment, outreach, and reporting workflows. This role combines growth engineering, sales automation, data operations, and AI-driven workflow optimization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience wit h Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, n8n, and Power Automate , and understands how to build repeatable outbound systems that generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Build and manage outbound lead generation campaigns u sing Clay, Apollo, and Smartleads
- Create and maintain automation workflows using Claude, OpenAI, n8n, and Power Automate to streamline sales and recruiting processes.
- Enrich, segment, and qualify prospect data to improve targeting and campaign performance
- Optimize email deliverability, outreach sequences, and response rates
- Integrate GTM tools, CRM, and ATS platforms to ensure smooth data flow and reporting




- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve pipeline generation and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work and accelerate growth

Qualifications

- 2+ years of hands-on experience building GTM automation systems
- Strong experience with lead automation tools such as Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience designing outbound prospecting systems
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
- Experience with API integrations and workflow automation
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation

Preferred Experience

- Working in IT staffing, recruiting, or qualified services.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, RecruitCRM, or similar.
- Experience with OpenAI, Copilot, Claude, or other AI tools. Basic SQL, JavaScript, or Python knowledge.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
