Job Summary

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist US Market for a remote, full time role based in India.

The role will support three US-facing brands: Skillbook Academy, Rockmere Partners, and American School of AI. Each brand serves a different market, so the candidate must adapt SEO/GEO, campaigns, content, and messaging for different audiences.

This is a hands-on role focused on SEO/GEO, SEM, analytics, funnels, content, video, and social media coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute SEO/GEO across all three brands, including keyword research, competitor research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns, mainly on Google Ads and Meta.
- Manage keywords, ad copies, targeting, budgets, and conversion tracking.
- Track CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Optimize content for Google search and AI/search-answer platforms.
- Coordinate with content writers, video creators, and social media team members.
- Recommend improvements to landing pages, funnels,



CTAs, and conversion paths.
- Share weekly reports with clear insights, results, and next steps.

Required Skills

- 3 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, SEO, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, GEO, keyword research, search intent, and content planning.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads / SEM.
- Comfortable with analytics, reports, and performance numbers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with US-market campaigns.
- Experience in education, training, SaaS, consulting, B2B services, AI, or online courses.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with YouTube, LinkedIn, short-form video, landing pages, or lead funnels.
