Think Decor is building a platform that transforms how people discover, visualize, and purchase home décor and interior design solutions. We're launching our app in the next few weeks and are looking for an entrepreneurial growth marketer who wants to help build a brand from the ground up.

Role Overview

As our Growth & Performance Marketing Lead, you will own the complete user growth strategy—from pre-launch buzz to post-launch acquisition, retention, and engagement. This is a founding team role with significant ownership and equity.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the app launch marketing strategy.
- Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google App Campaigns, and other acquisition channels.
- Drive organic growth through Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other social platforms.
- Improve App Store Optimization (ASO) to increase organic installs.
- Build influencer and creator partnerships.
- Plan referral, ambassador, and community growth programs.
- Track campaign performance and optimize CAC, ROAS, retention, and conversion rates.
- Analyze user behavior and run rapid growth experiments.




- Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to improve activation and retention.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling mobile apps or consumer startups.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, and attribution tools.
- Experience with ASO and organic social growth.
- Analytical mindset with solid experimentation skills.
- Excellent communication and execution abilities.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have
- Experience launching a consumer app.
- Background in home décor, e-commerce, marketplaces, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup or as a founding team member.
