We're Hiring: Business Development/Growth Manager | MGPR MediaGraphicsPR (MGPR) is a 25-year-old, New Delhi-based B2B PR agency specializing in Pharma/Healthcare and HR Tech PR, with 350+ clients served over the years. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us scale our client base.

What you'll do

Build and run targeted outbound (LinkedIn + email) to founders and marketing leaders in pharma, healthcare, and HR Tech

Qualify inbound and outbound leads, book discovery calls

Pitch and close new client accounts (with founder support on strategic deals)

Own the pipeline end-to-end — from prospecting to signed retainer

Work closely with our delivery team to ensure smooth handoffs

What we're looking for

2–4 years in business development / sales, ideally in a services, agency, or consulting setting

Strong written communication — you can turn a case study into a sharp, specific pitch (not a generic template)





Comfortable with cold outreach: LinkedIn, email, calls

Self-starter who can own targets and report on pipeline progress

Bonus: existing network or familiarity with pharma, healthcare, or HR Tech sectors
