Role: Growth & Lead Generation Specialist - Night Shift

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (100% Onsite)

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Transportation: Free Pick-up and Drop Facility Provided

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and execution-focused Growth & Lead Generation Specialist whose primary responsibility will be to discover, test, and scale new lead-generation channels for our bootcamps.

This is a high-impact role directly contributing to company growth and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong research mindset and be capable of identifying innovative ways to generate large volumes of quality leads through partnerships, communities, events, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify new platforms, communities, and channels for lead generation.
- Lead Source Research & Discovery

- Online Communities and Networking Platforms

Partnership Development Reach out to colleges, universities, technology communities, training institutes, and organizations.

Establish partnerships to increase bootcamp registrations and brand awareness.

Growth Hacking & Experimentation





Continuously test and evaluate new lead-generation methods.

Identify scalable acquisition channels and growth opportunities.

Monitor competitor strategies and market trends.

Campaign Execution

- Create and manage event listings, outreach campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams to maximize lead generation efforts.
- Performance Tracking
- Maintain records of lead sources and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for growth.
