We publish rigorous risk analysis that almost nobody knows exists yet. Five full studies, real data, real models, including one where we published our own model failing. The work is good. The distribution is not.

That is the job.

What you would actually do

Get the work in front of the right people. Brokers, insurers, MGAs, space and AI founders, actuaries. Not a general audience. A specific one, roughly a few thousand people worldwide, most of them reachable.

Turn long analyses into things people share. Every report we publish contains three or four findings that deserve their own life as a post, a thread, a chart, a short video. Right now they die inside a 12-page HTML file.

Run outreach that is not spam. Research who genuinely has the problem, write to them like a person, track what works. We would rather send fifteen good messages than five hundred templated ones.

Own the numbers. Which posts land, which die, where the traffic comes from, what converts to a real conversation. Report it honestly, including when the answer is "nothing worked this week."

Find the next distribution channel. Newsletters, communities, podcasts, conferences, partnerships. We have barely tried any of them.

Who this suits

You write clearly. This matters more than anything else on this list,



because our entire brand is that we explain hard things honestly.

You are comfortable with technical subject matter. You do not need to build the models, but you need to read a risk report and correctly identify which finding is the compelling one.

You would rather run a small experiment and measure it than argue about strategy.

You can work without being managed closely, because you will not be managed closely.

Who this does not suit

Anyone who wants to do growth hacking, engagement bait, or follower-count theatre. We would rather have 500 of the right people than 50,000 of the wrong ones, and we will not post anything we cannot defend.

The honest part

Moluscca is early. No funding, no revenue, no customers yet. The founder builds every model, writes every report, and runs the company alone.

This is not a salaried role today.

What it is: real ownership of a real function, your name on public work, and first claim on a proper role when there is money to pay one.

If you need income now, this is the wrong opportunity and we would rather you said so.
