Group Strategic Investment Advisor

- Responsible for leading high-level portfolio management, economic analysis, and long-term asset allocation. Also responsible for Key duties include financial modeling, market trend research, corporate development, M&A; and advising executive teams on major corporate investments.
- The Advisor will work closely with senior leadership, investors, and external stakeholders to guide capital allocation decisions, unlock growth opportunities, and navigate complex transactions,



including distressed and turnaround scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

F Build multi-year investment plans and asset allocation frameworks.

F Provide strategic guidance on capital deployment, portfolio construction, and investment prioritization.

Source, evaluate, and structure investment opportunities across target sectors.

F Lead transaction processes including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

Conduct due diligence (financial, legal, operational, ESG) and negotiate deal terms.

F Support corporate development initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and alliances.

Market Analysis:

F Track global economic shifts, interest rates, and industry trends.

F Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging investment themes.

Financial Modelling:

F Create valuation models to test potential mergers, acquisitions, or capital deployments.

F Build and review advanced financial models (DCF, LBO, scenario analysis).

Risk Management:

F Monitor active portfolios and rebalance assets to match risk tolerance.

Executive Reporting:

F Present clear financial insights and updates to senior leadership and board members.

F Identify and advise on distressed or undervalued assets with turnaround potential.

F Engage with investors, regulators,



and strategic partners, preparing board-level presentations and advisory briefs.

Preferred candidate profile

1. MBA Finance or related field with 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment strategy, or wealth management with a leading Industrial Conglomerate or c investment banking or private equity or corporate development, or financial advisory or consulting firm.

2. Proven track record in executing transactions and managing investment portfolios.

3. Strong understanding of M&A; processes and deal structuring.

4. Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and negotiation skills.

5. Entrepreneurial mindset, integrity, and ability to thrive in complex, high-pressure environments.

6. Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise.

7. Advanced Excel, financial software, and market tools like Bloomberg.

8. High-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
