Role Purpose

Group Lead, Engineering & Design Systems, is responsible for overseeing the team of AVEVA Application Engineers and AVEVA E3D Administrators. This role involves managing the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of AVEVA applications and ensuring the effective use of these systems in engineering and design activities.

The Group

Lead will provide strategic direction, support team development, and ensure alignment with organizational goals to enhance project efficiency and accuracy. Key Accountabilities

Team Leadership and Management

Oversee the team of AVEVA Application Engineers and AVEVA E3D Administrators, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement strategic plans for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of AVEVA applications, aligning with organizational goals and project requirements.

System Configuration and Optimization

Ensure the effective configuration, maintenance,



and optimization of AVEVA applications, including E&I;, P&ID;, ERM, NET, and E3D, to support engineering and design activities.

Project Support and Coordination

Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to support their activities using AVEVA applications, ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Resource Management

Oversee the allocation and management of resources within the Engineering & Design Systems team, ensuring optimal utilization and development of talent. Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Over 7 years of experience in managing and supporting AVEVA applications, with a solid focus on engineering and design systems. Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
