What You'll Do

- Design high-quality social media creatives, ad campaigns, presentations, branding assets, and marketing collateral.
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Create motion graphics, animations, reels, and video assets that bring campaigns to life.
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, marketers, and photographers to execute creative concepts.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery while maintaining high creative standards.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools to speed up workflows, generate concepts, enhance visuals, improve audio, create captions, and deliver better output without compromising originality.

What We're Looking For

- A robust portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,



and After Effects. (Figma and InDesign are a bonus.)
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, color theory, motion, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Descript, ElevenLabs, or similar creative platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take constructive feedback.
- Someone who's curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and always exploring new creative trends.

Bonus Points

- Photography or videography experience.
- Motion design and animation expertise.
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives.
- Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX or web design.
