Our Team:

Sanofi Business Operations – Medical Events (SBO) is a centralized global support function based in India, providing tactical and strategic support across Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CMO, and R&D;, Data & Digital. The team partners with Scientific Writers and other medical and commercial teams globally to deliver high-quality digital and scientific content.

The Content

Enhancement team specifically ensures visually engaging, brand-compliant, and scientifically accurate web and digital assets.

Main Responsibilities

- Design and develop digital components including HTML emailers, responsive web pages, and interactive media using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, with a focus on Veeva Vault compatibility.
- Create brand-aligned templates and reusable components for use in CLM, email, and web platforms.
- Provide technical guidance on Veeva CLM/Email/Web-based deliverables and collaborate on troubleshooting and code optimization.
- Support the creation of a wide variety of digital content including slide decks, newsletters, posters, reports, and patient education materials.
- Participate in template development, code validation (W3C), and optimization (Google page speed).
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and stakeholder specifications.
- Collaborate with content teams and scientific writers to understand project scope and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
- Share best practices, contribute to process improvements, and continuously upskill in digital design technologies.

People:

- Work closely with global and local scientific content teams,



including medical writers and project managers.
- Provide guidance and technical support to other designers, fostering a team-oriented work environment.

- Deliver high-quality, error-free content aligned with stakeholder expectations and brand requirements.
- Meet project timelines and maintain content integrity across digital platforms.
- Drive creativity and innovation in layout and design within a scientific communication context.

Process:

- Adhere to internal SOPs, brand and compliance guidelines.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, flag potential delivery issues, and suggest actionable improvements.
- Ensure consistency in template use, layout, and interactivity across all deliverables.

About You

Experience:

- 2+ years in digital design/web development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Soft Skills:

- Effective communicator, team player, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap
- Veeva Vault (email fragments, CLM presentations)
- Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver
- Understanding of email campaign design, W3C validation, Google PageSpeed
- Knowledge of design trends and layout aesthetics
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and responsive design

Education:

- Graduate or postgraduate in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field, with a focus on visualizing scientific content.

Languages:

- Excellent verbal and written English
