About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Junior Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching static visual content as well as engaging short-form video assets for our marketing channels, digital platforms, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual content for social media, website banners, marketing collateral, email newsletters, and ad campaigns using Adobe Photoshop.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, social media ads, product highlights) using Adobe Premiere Pro, including cutting, color correction, audio sync, and adding basic titles/transitions.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with the marketing team to turn concepts and briefs into engaging visual assets.
- Asset Management: Organize and archive design files, images, and video footage systematically.
- Revisions: Adapt designs and edits based on feedback from team leads and stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of professional experience in graphic design and digital media editing (internships or freelance work count).
- Software Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop (photo editing, retouching, compositing, layout design).
- Valuable working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (cutting, timeline management, basic audio adjustment, text overlays).
- Portfolio: A portfolio or link to past work showcasing static design graphics and sample video edits.
- Creative Eye: Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals (typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy).
