Core services include venue sourcing, wedding planning, hospitality coordination, entertainment management, and end-to-end event delivery.

Role Description The Graphic Designer at Viraaya Weddings will create visual concepts for wedding campaigns, brand assets, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent and appealing visual identity across all channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for digital platforms and print collateral, developing logos and branding elements for events, and preparing presentations and mood boards that communicate wedding themes and concepts. The role also involves collaborating closely with the planning and marketing teams,



adapting designs to client preferences, and maintaining high-quality standards for all creative outputs.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing creative and event-related work.

Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive visual identities for weddings and campaigns.

Proficiency in Typography and layout design to create clear, aesthetically pleasing visual communications.

Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).

Ability to translate client requirements and themes into compelling visual concepts and designs.

Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in event, wedding, or hospitality design is an advantage.
