Key Responsibilities

- Design high-performing creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

- Develop static ads, carousels, social media creatives, banners, infographics and other digital assets.

- Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Copy teams to convert marketing concepts into engaging visual creatives.

- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance optimisation.

- Adapt designs to different platforms, placements, formats and audiences.

- Develop creatives for UG, PG, Gap Year and other Tetr programs.

- Maintain consistency with Tetr's brand identity while experimenting with new visual styles.

- Design creatives around different funnel stages TOF, MOF and BOF.

- Collaborate with the Video and Content teams on integrated campaigns.

- Stay updated with design trends, social media formats and emerging creative trends.

- Take feedback from campaign performance and continuously improve creative output.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising or agency environment.





- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Experience with Figma and/or Canva is preferred.

- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, layouts and visual hierarchy.

- Experience creating creatives for social media and paid advertising.

- Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback.

- A strong portfolio showcasing digital advertising and social media creatives is required.
