Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and layouts for brand identities, marketing materials, packaging, and digital assets, ensuring consistency with client guidelines and Print Factory standards. Daily responsibilities include designing logos and graphics, selecting and applying typography, preparing files for print and digital use, and collaborating with account and production teams to meet project requirements and deadlines. The role also involves revising designs based on feedback,



maintaining an organized asset library, and staying current with design trends and best practices relevant to both digital and print media.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to develop clear, cohesive visual concepts.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain consistent brand identities.
- Applied knowledge of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across formats.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent).
- Ability to translate briefs into effective design solutions and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and understanding of print production requirements, file formats, and color management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
