Role Description The Graphic Designer Intern role at UD Camera is a remote internship focused on supporting visual design needs for the brand and its photography and videography services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with the creation of digital graphics for social media, marketing materials, and client-facing assets, as well as adapting existing designs to different formats and platforms.
The intern will work on logo design concepts, branding elements, typography layouts,
and visual templates that align with UD Camera’s style and client expectations. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, receiving feedback, refining design drafts, and maintaining organized design files and assets. This internship offers hands-on experience in visual storytelling and brand design within a creative media environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging digital assets.
- Experience or interest in Logo Design and Branding to support consistent visual identity across platforms.
- Understanding of Typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability in both print and digital contexts.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software).
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iterative design.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, cooperative setting.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a design-related program (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication) is preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work or projects, even academic or personal, is highly beneficial.
