We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer II to develop impactful visual assets that strengthen brand identity and support business objectives across marketing, product, communications, and internal initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer who excels at transforming ideas into compelling visual stories while maintaining consistency across digital and print platforms.

As a Graphic Designer II, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality creative solutions that enhance user engagement and brand recognition. You will contribute to the evolution of the organization's visual language, lead medium-to-large design projects, and ensure every deliverable meets high standards of creativity, functionality, and visual excellence. This position offers an chance to take ownership of end-to-end design execution while mentoring junior designers and driving continuous improvement in creative processes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality digital and print assets, including marketing campaigns, presentation decks, event collateral, product graphics, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
- Transform complex ideas and business requirements into visually engaging designs that effectively communicate key messages.
- Contribute to the development and continuous evolution of the organization's visual identity, brand guidelines, and reusable design assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, communications, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, present creative concepts, and deliver polished design solutions.
- Provide creative direction for photography, illustrations, motion graphics, or multimedia content when required.
- Maintain organized design systems, templates, and asset libraries to improve collaboration and creative efficiency.
- Ensure consistency, quality,



and adherence to branding standards across all creative deliverables.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in creative reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior designers to elevate overall design quality.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for designing high-quality digital and print assets.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, branding, and multi-platform design execution.
- Experience creating engaging marketing collateral, presentation designs, social media creatives, product visuals, and brand assets.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and motion graphics or animation is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering visually polished, high-quality creative work.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and elevating brand experiences through impactful design.
