Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Hair Drama Co. is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, website graphics, packaging, and marketing collateral aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.

The person in this role will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop concepts, refine designs, and ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include creating and iterating design layouts,



preparing artwork files for production, maintaining design libraries, and supporting new product launches with compelling visual content. The role also involves staying updated on design trends, experimenting with new formats, and contributing creative ideas that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

- 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to create cohesive visual identities and brand guidelines.
- Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and composition, with the ability to design clear, visually appealing communication pieces.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, fashion-forward design work, ideally in accessories, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing assets (social media, email, web banners) and basic understanding of UI/UX principles is an advantage.
