About the Role

We're looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You'll produce high-quality creatives for marketing and social media, along with print assets like flyers, banners, standees, and occasionally packaging label design. This is a hands-on role for someone with a few years of core graphic design experience and a marketing bent of mind — whether that comes from a marketing department or agency, or simply from a strong instinct for what makes people stop and pay attention.

What You'll Do

- Design marketing and social media creatives — posts, ads, and promotional graphics.
- Design print assets including flyers, banners, standees, and other collateral.
- Occasionally design packaging labels.
- Translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual concepts.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design needs and deadlines.




- Prepare final production-ready files in both print-ready and digital formats.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback professionally and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Required

- 2–3 years of core graphic design experience, ideally within a marketing department or at a marketing agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, social media, and print design work.
- Mastery of vector editing software (Illustrator or Affinity Designer).
- Hands-on experience with photo editing/manipulation software (Photoshop or Affinity Photo).
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise across multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Disciplined about clean, well-organised files and folders with proper naming conventions.

Preferred (nice to have)

- Experience with photo editing in Photoshop.
- Basic familiarity with Figma — UI design, general comfort navigating the tool.
- Experience designing packaging labels
