Company Profile Sturlite is a Bangalore based electrical products company founded in 2009 with a vision to provide best in class electrical products to consumers. It is one of the fastest growing companies in this category and deals primarily in lighting (bulbs, LEDs, interior/exterior lighting etc.) and wiring, and it is now entering the category of switches, MCBs, etc.

In future Sturlite would also want to enter into small electrical appliances like fans, geysers, kitchen appliances etc. It is a rapidly growing company with 2X annual business growth, having established itself in South & West India markets in the last few years, the company is aiming at a pan India presence by this year end and aiming to be one of the major players in the category within the next 3 years.

About The Role We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both print and digital design, with hands-on experience in e-commerce catalogues, marketing collaterals, product catalogues, POSM, branding, and social media creatives.

The candidate should be capable of translating marketing strategies into compelling visual communication while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities Design high-quality marketing collaterals including brochures, catalogues, leaflets, posters, flyers, and advertisements.

Create and maintain e-commerce catalogues, product listing creatives, specification sheets, and other digital product presentation assets.





Develop POSM materials such as danglers, standees, dealer branding, kiosks, and exhibition graphics.

Design digital creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.

Work closely with the Product Marketing, Sales, and Branding teams to conceptualize campaign creatives.

Ensure all artworks are production-ready with proper colour profiles, bleed, and print specifications.

Maintain brand consistency across all communication.

Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure quality execution.

Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.

Mentor junior designers and maintain design quality standards.

Required Skills Expert knowledge of Adobe Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc)

CorelDRAW (preferred)

Robust understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.

Experience in print production and pre-press processes.

Experience creating e-commerce catalogues and digital product presentation assets.

Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 5 Years Of Professional Graphic Design Experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design expertise.
