Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer and Design Communication role based in Chandigarh. The role involves developing visual concepts and brand assets, including logos, typography systems, and graphic elements for both digital and print channels.

The Graphic

Designer will translate brand strategy into clear visual narratives, prepare design mockups and presentations, and refine concepts based on feedback. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with strategy and content teams, maintaining brand consistency across projects,



and delivering production-ready files to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and experiences.

Qualifications

- Solid visual design skills in graphics and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work.
- Experience in logo design and branding, including creating brand identities and cohesive visual systems.
- Proficiency in typography, with the ability to select, customize, and apply type to enhance brand communication.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret brand strategy and translate it into clear visual stories and communication assets.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design.
- Relevant degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
