Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada/Hyderabad. This role involves designing visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, and brand communication materials in alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating logos and brand identity elements, developing graphics for web and print, and editing images to ensure high-quality, consistent visual output.

The Graphic Design

Specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals, manage design files and assets, and deliver projects within timelines.



The role also includes refining designs based on feedback and contributing creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and strategic visual work.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to build and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Image Editing and related tools to prepare, optimize, and refine visuals for multiple formats.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media visual standards, including layouts for web, mobile, and print.
- Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.
