The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to create engaging creatives for digital platforms, branding, and marketing campaigns. The role requires someone who can translate ideas into impactful visuals while maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities: Design visually compelling creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing initiatives.

Develop banners, posters, infographics, brochures, presentations, and other branding collateral.

Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Create platform-specific creatives optimized for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube,



and other digital platforms.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to produce innovative and engaging content.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines:

Graphic Design

Visual Communication

Multimedia Design

Fine Arts

Digital Media

Marketing or Advertising (with a solid design portfolio) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:

Designing creatives for social media platforms and digital campaigns.

Branding, visual communication, and marketing collateral.

Working in advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, media organizations, or government communication projects (preferred).

Creating campaign-based creatives with a strong understanding of digital audience engagement. Designing visuals for social media platforms!
