Position : Graphic Designer

Location : Mumbai

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Creative Brand Development:

➢ Craft strategies to enhance brand identity and optimize visual content using data-

driven insights.

Visual Brand Guidelines:

➢ Establish guidelines to ensure design consistency across digital assets.

Design Oversight:

➢ Lead the creation of digital and print assets, collaborating with designers and agencies to maintain brand standards.

Strategic Communication:

➢ Develop design strategies for social media, email, and website content.

Project Management:

➢ Oversee design projects,



ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Brand Stewardship:

➢ Be the go-to person for all design-related matters and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation.

Team Leadership:

➢ Manage and mentor external agencies and design partners, setting explicit objectives and performance metrics.

Requirements

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field with 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in the latest graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,

Sketch, Premier Pro, etc. including AI tool very good communicable candidate with more branding knowledge. Preferred from food industry.
