Role Description:

 The Graphic Design Intern role is a full-time, on-site, paid internship based in Lucknow. The intern will support the design team by creating social media graphics, marketing collaterals, and visual assets for brand and founder-focused campaigns.

Daily tasks include assisting in developing brand identities, designing logos and visual elements, editing images and creatives, and preparing artwork for digital platforms. The intern will collaborate with content, marketing,



and production teams to ensure cohesive visual output, follow brand guidelines, and participate in brainstorming sessions. The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, a monthly paid stipend, and opportunities to learn industry-standard workflows and tools.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid sense of layout, color, and visual hierarchy.

Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to help develop and refine brand identities and visual systems.

Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, including basic retouching, resizing, and optimizing visuals for digital use.

Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software is preferred.

Ability to follow brand guidelines, take feedback constructively, and work collaboratively in a team setting.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a portfolio showcasing design work or academic projects.

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
