Role Description This Graphic Design Intern position is an on-site internship role based in Indore. The intern will support the design team by creating visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and branding projects, following brand guidelines and project requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting in logo design, layout creation, image editing, and preparing graphics for web and print use.



The intern will collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to refine concepts, participate in feedback rounds, and ensure timely delivery of design assets. The role also involves maintaining organized design files, learning new tools and techniques, and contributing creative ideas to enhance Midgrow’s client projects.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and coherent layouts.
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development of distinct and consistent brand identities.
- Proficiency in Image Editing and basic photo manipulation for digital and social media assets.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio or samples demonstrating creative work in graphic design or related projects.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow briefs, and openness to constructive feedback.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a design, visual communication, or related program is preferred but not mandatory.
