Role Summary

Unified Infotech is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic cum UI/UX Designer to join our Marketing and Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing collateral while also designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

The role demands a balanced skill set in both Graphic Design and UI/UX Design, along with a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing assets, user experience principles, and modern design practices. The candidate should have prior experience working in an IT/Software/Technology company and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct requirement analysis and translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.




- Design responsive interfaces that deliver seamless experiences across multiple devices.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in usability reviews and continuously improve designs based on feedback and user insights.
- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Graphic Design

- Design high-quality marketing and branding assets including:
- Social media creatives
- Website banners
- Landing pages
- Whitepapers
- eBooks
- Brochures
- Infographics
- Case studies
- Sales presentations
- Email creatives
- Digital advertisements
- Create visually engaging graphics that support lead generation, brand awareness, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop brand assets while ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines.
- Convert complex information into impactful visual communication.
- Design creatives for both digital and print media.

Collaboration & Execution

- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.




- Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design.
- Prior experience working with an IT Services, Software Product, SaaS, or Technology company is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and UI/UX projects.
