Role Overview

We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Designer who can conceptualize and deliver visually compelling static and motion creatives aligned with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, branding, typography, and storytelling, along with hands-on experience in creating engaging motion graphics for digital platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives for social media, digital advertising, websites, banners, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

- Create logos, brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, standees, packaging, hoardings, and other print collateral.

- Develop high-quality motion graphics, animated videos, GIFs, kinetic typography, reels, and promotional videos for digital marketing campaigns.

- Create animations for social media, presentations, product launches, corporate videos, and advertisements.

- Design POP/POSM materials and promotional assets for offline marketing.

- Conceptualize innovative layouts, illustrations, and visual storytelling assets.

- Edit videos by incorporating graphics, transitions, typography, and motion effects.

- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print communication.





- Collaborate with the Creative, Content, Marketing, and Strategy teams to execute campaigns.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery with high-quality output.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Graphic Design principles, branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.

- Excellent knowledge of print production and digital design.

- Hands-on experience in creating motion graphics, animations, and video editing.

- Solid creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 3 to 5 Years

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both Graphic Design and Motion Graphics/Animation work is mandatory.
