About Karma Companions
Karma Miles, India's first seniors community and experiences brand, is hiring Graduate Trainees for Karma Companions, a premium companionship service where trained companions accompany senior citizens for outings, appointments, and meaningful moments at home, so they can continue living active, independent lives.
We are looking for compassionate paramedical graduates who wish to use their healthcare knowledge in a people-focused role that combines patient support with companionship.
You will be a trusted lifestyle saathi, helping seniors feel supported, respected, and cared for, while giving their families complete peace of mind through regular updates.
What You Will Do
Accompany seniors for doctor consultations, diagnostic tests, pharmacy visits and follow-up appointments, assisting with registrations, paperwork and hospital navigation, while communicating the doctor's advice and next steps clearly to family members.
Support seniors with social outings, shopping, banking, government work and other everyday errands.
Visit seniors at home for companionship, technology assistance and coordination of healthcare at home, including appointments and follow-up care.
Drive the senior's own vehicle whenever required or coordinate alternate transport.
Share regular WhatsApp updates and photographs with family members, while promptly reporting any health concerns or emergencies to the family and the Karma Miles Operations Team.
Follow Karma Miles' operational guidelines and SOPs.
During periods without active companion assignments, support the Karma Miles team by speaking with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services and assisting with the booking process.
Who We Are Looking ForB.Sc. Nursing, GNM, ANM, Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiology, Emergency Medical Technology or any recognised paramedical qualification. Freshers are encouraged to apply
Warm, patient, compassionate, and trustworthy, with strong communication skills
Well-groomed, punctual, dependable, and calm under pressure
Physically fit and comfortable travelling across Gurgaon, Noida, and Delhi NCR .
Owns a smartphone and is comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, ride-booking and digital payment apps.
Respects the senior's independence and guides rather than takes over.
Valid Indian driving licence with a clean driving record and confidence driving both manual and automatic cars. (Preferred)

Work Format
