Role Description The Graduate Research Assistant is a full-time hybrid role based in Patna, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature reviews, collecting and organizing data, and supporting the design and evaluation of research projects related to digital education and training. The role involves preparing reports, presentations, and research summaries to inform program design and decision-making, as well as assisting with the development of research instruments such as surveys or interview guides.

Assistant will collaborate with research leads and trainers, participate in team meetings, and contribute to documentation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of Scrollwell’s educational initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Research and Analytical Skills to design studies, review literature, and interpret findings.

- Candidates should possess Data Analysis skills, including the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative datasets using relevant tools or software.

- Candidates should possess transparent Communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills or equivalent practical research skills where applicable to project requirements.

- Relevant postgraduate enrollment or recent graduation in education, social sciences, data science, or a related field is preferred.

- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are beneficial.

- Familiarity with statistical software (such as SPSS, R, or Python) and productivity tools (such as spreadsheets and presentation software) is an advantage.
