Graduate Engineer Trainee Position Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee Role Overview This role will be responsible for supporting the Technical Back Office Team, by handling training administrative task and controlling and ensuring QH&S; requirements are followed in all countries. This role is key to effective and smooth operation of the Technical Back Office Teams. This is an exciting role were dealing with unexpected situations and time sensitive tasks is part of the day-to-day business.

Key Responsibilities Assist operation team with training certification Manage the ordering process for necessary tools and equipment for the academy. Monitor HSE trainings compliance certifications and keep the system updated. Manage trainings purchase orders and invoices, providing follow-up support to ensure timely delivery. Manage and update trainings key performance indicator dashboards.



Ensure all countries do it in the same manner for KPI monitoring in the region.

Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical / Electrical stream Personal Profile &
