We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our client’s team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about building a career in Engineering, Projects, Service, Operations, or Procurement.

Requirements

Key Responsibility:

*Assist in engineering, project execution, service, maintenance, and procurement activities.

*Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Stores, and Operations, to ensure smooth execution of work.

*Assist in vendor identification, procurement planning, material follow-up, and purchase coordination.

*Monitor material availability and support timely procurement to meet project requirements.

*Prepare technical documentation, reports, purchase-related records, and project updates.

*Participate in site visits, inspections, and technical support activities as required.

*Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

*Continuously learn and develop technical, procurement, and project management skills through training and on-the-job exposure.





Required Skills:

*Basic knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical engineering concepts.

*Understanding of engineering drawings, equipment, and industrial systems.

*Basic knowledge of procurement processes, vendor coordination, purchase requisitions, and material management.

*Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

*Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

*Exposure to ERP/SAP, AutoCAD, or procurement software will be an added advantage.

*Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Eligibility

*B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

*Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

*Internship or project exposure in Manufacturing, EPC, MEP, Industrial Equipment, Power Solutions, Procurement, or Operations will be an added advantage.
