Employment Type: Full time, On-site About the role: We are seeking a Performance Marketing Strategist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The role involves developing data-driven marketing strategies, executing high-converting campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and maximizing ROI through continuous optimization and testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital advertising, audience targeting and campaign analytics, along with a creative approach to ad messaging and performance growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
- Create, manage and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis to refine ad strategies.
- Design and test ad creatives,



copies and landing pages in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) with actionable insights.
- Track budget allocation and ensure campaigns deliver optimal ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, tools and platform updates to implement best practices.
- A/B test ad formats, bidding strategies and targeting approaches to improve results.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience (1–3 years) in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, audience segmentation and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and generate meaningful reports.
- Creative mindset to build compelling ad copies and visuals.
