Job Title: Google & Meta Ads Specialist/ Performance Marketing Specialist

Working Shift: 01:00 PM- 10:00 PM IST (Mon-Fri)

We are looking for a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running performance campaigns, analyzing data, and driving ROI-focused growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategize, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem.
- Plan and execute high-performing campaigns for the US market to maximize ROI/ROAS and generate quality leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CPA, and ROI
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels
- Generate performance reports and insights for stakeholders




- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google & Meta Ad campaigns/performance marketing /paid ads.
- Proven experience managing Google & Meta Ad campaigns for the US markets.
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, bidding strategies, keyword research, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking

Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
