Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Google Ads Specialist / PPC Specialist role based in Pune District. The specialist will manage and optimize Google Ads and other PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and budget allocation to achieve performance targets. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign metrics, analyzing data, preparing performance reports, and implementing A/B tests to improve click-through and conversion rates.

The role involves collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams to align ad messaging with platform objectives and audience needs.



The specialist will also stay current with PPC best practices and Google Ads updates to keep campaigns compliant and competitive.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Google Ads and PPC campaign management, including keyword research, ad group structuring, and bid strategies.

- Experience with campaign analytics and optimization using tools such as Google Analytics and other performance tracking platforms.

- Ability to develop and refine ad copy and landing page recommendations to improve quality score and conversion rates.

- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel optimization.

- Relevant experience in managing budgets, forecasting campaign performance, and producing explicit, data-driven reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, and willingness to work on-site in Pune District.

- Certification in Google Ads or related PPC platforms is preferred.
