Job Title: Google Ads (PPC) Specialist / Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads (PPC) Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and a performance-driven mindset to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CTR, Quality Score, and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Ads dashboards.
- Manage PPC budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Develop and test ad copies, landing pages, and creatives for better conversions.
- Run and optimize remarketing campaigns across platforms.
- Track conversions and generate detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams for integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and PPC strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in Google Ads (minimum 1 year required).
- Strong knowledge of PPC campaign management and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with:




- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Google Analytics
- Keyword Planner and other SEO tools
- Understanding of conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Good to Have Skills

- Experience with Facebook Ads / LinkedIn Ads.
- Basic understanding of SEO and organic marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic level).
- Creative thinking for ad copy and campaign strategies.
