We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Gold Appraiser / Gold Valuation Executive to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate gold appraisal, processing gold loan applications, maintaining branch records, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.
## Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and appraise gold ornaments using standard valuation methods and approved equipment.
- Verify the purity, weight, and quality of pledged gold.
- Process gold loan applications and complete all operational formalities.
- Verify customer KYC and loan documentation.
- Maintain loan files, operational registers, and branch records accurately.
- Handle documentation, books of accounts, and operational records.
- Ensure safe custody of pledged gold and related documents.
- Follow up with customers for loan renewals, repayments, and closures.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support daily branch operations and maintain operational efficiency.
